Ranch-raised chicks pullet & hens -- brown egg layers in Vacaville, California For Sale

Phoenix Ranch has lots of chicks, pullets and hens of laying age for sale! They are generally free-range on the ranch but we've caught them up so we can re-home a lot of them. We ask for a $2 donation for chicks up to 3 weeks, $10 for unsexed youngsters that are feathered out, $15 for pullets (you can bring them back if they crow later) and $20 for hens that are laying age. Will give a discount if you want 6 or more pullets or hens!
I can teach you how to raise the chicks in the house until they are old enough to go outside. They are fun little pets!

These are hybrids of Turken/Rhode Island/ Rocks/ and more. Most have been handled when babies so will make good back yard pets. You'll have to come to the ranch and pick out what you like---i.e. I can't answer on the phone what breeds I have.
